Abstract
The purpose is to investigate the spatial memory of rats induced by Aβ25-35 injection into hippocampus. 2 weeks after Aβ25-35 injection into hippocampus, the rats ability of learning and memory were detected by the experiment of Morris water maze and channel water maze. The swimming speed of model rats was slower and swimming time was longer than that of the control rats in the experiment of Morris water maze. The error times of model were much more than those of the control in the channel water maze. The ability of learning and spatial memory of rats induced by Aβ25-35 injection into hippocampus were damaged obviously.
