Clinical reaserch of anterior implant gingival forming in aesthetic zone

Objective About one year clinical study to evaluate esthetics of maxillary anterior single implants with provisional crown to gingival forming. Methods 56 patients were included in this study, 31 Camlog implants and 16 MDIC implants were inserted into alveolar. After healing abutment been removed, provisional crown immediately fabricated,finally the definitive superstructures were placed. Results Using provitional crown to gingival form for 3~4 months, definitive ceramic crown and gingival are similar to natural teeth,the effect of esthetics is perfect, All patients were satisfied with the esthetic outcomes. Conclusion Before restoring definitive ceramic crown, fabricating provitional crown to gingival form can achieve success in the anterior maxillary esthetic zone.
