Research on Factors Influencing Farmers' Agricultural Income

The paper cointegrates tests and constructs error correction model to test relationship among agriculture infrastructural investment,agricultural loan,agricultural insurance,agricultural technology and farmers' agricultural income based on relative data from 1985 to 2007 in China.According to the findings,the paper concludes agricultural infrastructural investment is a key factor and plays a more important role in boosting farmers' income than factors of agricultural loan and agricultural insurance.Agricultural technology input,however,hinders the process of farmers' to obtain more wealth.Finally,the paper has forwarded some suggestions to government policy of increasing farmers' income.
