A Probe into the Self-identity Crisis of Young Teachers in American Cities and Its Causes

The crisis of self-identity among young teachers is a serious problem in American city schools. This essay explains some relative concepts of self-identity and demonstrates some exact performances of the loss of self-identity among American city young teachers. The author considers that there are two reasons in the loss of self-identity as foolows one is the factor of social psychology,the other is the factor of economy.
