Abstract
Presents a most energy-saving boiler blowdown control method, the first steam flow according to a certain percentage of the sewage flow control, continuous dilution of the boiler water, and then configure the conductivity of closed-loop control circuit,to overcome the fluctuations in water salinity and the bottom discharge and other interference, combination of both, the composition of the feed-forward-feedback composite control system, the boiler water salinity stable at the maximum allowed limit. With minimal emissions, maximum energy saving effect.
