Abstract

In a supporting electrolyte of 0.3 mol/L KH2PO4-NaH2PO4(pH6.4),a reduction peak of Gatifloxacin(GTF) adsorptive characteristics at Hg electrode was observed by linear sweep voltammetry. The saturated adsorption amount was 40.1 pmol/cm2.On the surface of the hanging mercury drop electrode, the adsorption obeyed langmuir adsorption isotherm.A method for the assay of GTF was proposed by adsorptive stripping voltammetry. The detection limit of the method is 20.0 nmol/L under the optimized conditions.
