Abstract
[Objective] To comprehend the basic state of relative diarrhea of antibiotics caused by cephalosporin. [Methods] The 64 cases of relative diarrhea of antibiotics caused by cephalosporin were under clinic observation. [Result] The relative diarrhea of antibiotics caused by cephalosporin happened the most frequently on the patients ranged from 6 months to 3 years old. The relative diarrhea of antibiotics caused by third generation cephalosporins were worse than caused by first generation cephalosporins. Both the clinical situation and laboratory examination were short of specificity. [Conclusion] The relative diarrhea of antibiotics caused by cephalosporins is a common occurrence, which should attach clinic doctor′s great attention.
