Abstract

The property right reform of state-owned-banks is a very complex problem. This article discusses mainly from five aspectes: 1.the requirement of market economy to property right; 2.the property right situation of state-owned-banks; 3.the restriction to property right reform of state-owned-banks; 4.suggestion to property right reform of state-owned-banks; 5.problems which will happen after property right of commercial banks marketing.
