Abstract
Preventing and emancipating financial risks are very important to one country. Financial innovation and financial risks’ prevention and emancipation are catenating dynamically with each other. After their campaigning for many times, the result equals the overall financial revenue plus the financial risks that can be controlled or beared plus the financial innovation under the technology development. It is a fact that there are many problems about our financial innovation. But, if we can innovate financial concept and create flexible and practical management approaches, financial tools and wholesome financial law system by financial technology innovation and institutional innovation, we will strengthen financial systems’ ability to prevent risks and enlarge their spaces.
