Vardenafil treatment of male erectile dysfunction clinical research

Abstract

Objective:Discuss the efficacy and safety of vardenafil treatment male erectile dysfunction.Methods:Our hospital 90 cases of ED patients taking vardenafil one week,observe sexual function after treatment changes,efficacy and adverse reactions.Results:The duration of sex life,sex life satisfaction and IIEF score after vardenafil treatment were significantly higher than before treatment(P0.01),the total effective rate was 94.44%,and no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion: Vardenafil treatment ED is safe,effective and well tolerated,can provid more choices for ED drug treatment.
