Nowadays, urban road traffic management is becoming the bottleneck limiting sustainable development of city and city transport. As an important part of the city management, urban traffic should persist in its guideline keeping both traffic management and infrastructure construction develop simultaneously. This paper puts forward policies and advice for development strategy based on analysis to the problems existing in urban road traffic and management.
