Abstract

The internationalization of the society brings opportunities of many progressive ideas for cadre education,but in the larger degree,it forces Chinese cadre education to reform and innovate,in the new period the pace of social evolution also brings forward new demand for Chinese cadre education and our specific national conditions also demand cadre education to make new changes.The author analyzes the forms and reality of cadre education,so as to put forward my new ideas and offer some train of thought for the innovation of cadre education.
