Abstract

Objective To investigate the variation of the flavonoid contents of Folium Eriobotryae in different collecting seasons.Methods HPLC was used for quantitative analysis of quercetin and kaempferol.Results The contents of total flavonoids and quercetin varied greatly along with different months,and the highest of which is in April;The contents of kaempferol varied a little,and the highest of which is in May.Conclusion The contents of total flavonoids,quercetin and kaempferol in different collecting seasons have its unique pattern.
