Abstract

Many college students pursue individuality,contemporary flaunts personality.But most of them think that personality is only something unconventionally or unorthodoxly.Those are questions that how to guide students to correctly understand the character,reveal personality and how to build a good personality.We must face and think about These college students' personality development and education.
