Abstract
Based on summarizing the geological characteristics of the Hangou gold deposit,it is believed that the ore matter of the deposit was origin in mantel and ore bearing strata and the ore fluid came from the mixed water composed of magma water and hot brine according to the research on ore matter source,physical chemical environment and ore forming era etc.The genetic type of the deposit is attributed to meso-epithermal fissure filling type of gold deposit.
