Abstract
Objective To study the species and origins of bacteria on open hand injury. Methods 200 patients of open hand surgery randomly selected, bacteria from wound was cultivated individually in the emergency room, after the wound scrubbed, after debridement and before wound closure. Results The percents of cultivated bacteria from the wound in the emergency room, after the wound scrubbed, after debridement and before wound closure were 71 5%(143/200)?74 0%(148/200)?33 5%(67/200)and 25 5%(51/200).The infected rate of wound was 3 5%(7/200).The most sensitive antibiotic were cinrofloxacin and cefetamime. Conclusion The bacterial species of open hand injury were distributed widespreadly,Thorough debridement and keeping operative instruments clean are the main measures to decrease the infection in post operation.
