Abstract
Objective:To find a method of fabricating an abutment tooth's crown to fit existing removable partial denture. Methods:The crown for abutment tooth were fabricated with indirect method,i.e.,the removable partial denture was left together with the impression for the fabrication of the crown. Results:The occlusal rest fitted the crown well and the retention of the clasp was enough. The patient was satisfied with the treatment. Conclusions:The optimal restorative method should be chosen for such kind of the case according to the existing contour of abutment and the position of missing teeth.
