Abstract
Objective:To analyze the method of peripherally inserted central catheters(PICC)for the patients whose blood vessel condition is worse. Methods Undertake PICC puncture with microintroducer techniques(MST) using Site-Rite5 TM vascular ultrasound guidance system for 53 cases patients who can't make use of the traditional PICC.Results The one-time success rate is 100%.Conclusions Microintroducer techniques combined ultrasound guidance system can solve the difficulty of PICC for the worse blood vessel condition, which has wider clinical applications.
