Abstract
The vocational qualification certificate system,for enhancing the practice of graduates from higher vocational institutions,innovation and employment,entrepreneurship,is of great significance,which makes up of single Diploma qualifications.In this paper,the author makes analysis and discussion from the necessity of implementation of the current vocational qualification certificate,the education problems and countermeasures.
