Abstract

Using potato residue as main material, effects of enzyme production under different conditions such as water content, carbon source, nitrogen source and inoculation through single factor experiment in solid state fermentation were studied. The optimum conditions of enzyme production by fermentation were as initial water content of potato residue 50%,potato residue to wheat bran 6:4,(NH4)2SO4 2.0%,inoculation volume 5% and fermentation time 3 d.Under the conditions the cellulose enzyme and xylanase enzyme activities were separately 2 520.48 U/g and 17 472 U/g.Heavy metal content in feed products met national health standard.
