Abstract
China has been one of the countries that suffer from the antidumping policy most seriously . Bacause of an antidumping investigation held by the western countries,China is regarded as a “non-market-economy country”,and is treated unfairly and discriminately with the “replacement country system”. The paper probes into the development courses,and then,on the basis of the former,analyzes the unreasonable factors of the existing policy, and suggests the responding policies that should be adopted by China.
