Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effectiveness of combined interventional treatments for treating lower limb deep venous thrombosis.Methods:73 patients with lower extremity deep thrombosis were divided into two groups:A and B. Group A was treated with vena cava filters and thrombolysis alone;Group B was treated with combined interventional treatments.Results:Total effective rate was 57.89% in group A, and in group B was 100%. Compared with the two groups, the total effective rate of group B was higher than group A. No serious complications were observed.Conclusion:Combined interventional treatments of deep venous thrombosis is safe and effective.
