Abstract

The paper first makes some analyses on the defects of Satty′s AHP method, then puts forward a new additive AHP method including its principle and usage. A practical example on the application of the additive AHP method in Multi-Criteria Decision Making problem is also given. Finally the paper points out that the proposed additive AHP method is more practical and convenient than traditional AHP method.
