Abstract
Objective:To compare the effect of the combination of shengmai and xiangdan and conventional using of nitroglycerin in the treatment of angina pectoris.Method:100 cases with coronary angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group,50 cases in each group.Treatment group was given 60ml shengmai and 5% glucose 100ml,xiangdan 20ml and 5% glucose 100ml for injection once a day, while control group was injected nitroglycerin 10mg and 5% glucose 100ml once a day, blood pressure was measured regularly, continued for 2 weeks.Result:The total effective rates were 86% in treatment group and 78% in control group. Conclusion:The treatment of angina pectoris by the combination of shengmai and xiangdan is easy to operate with good effect and less side effect, which can be used as the conventional method for angina pectoris.
