The Research of Active Efflux System MexAB-OprM of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa

Hospital onset of infection(HOI)is an important part of inflected diseases.Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA)is the most frequent one in the bacterium of HOI,and there is a serious condition of its multidrug resistance.Active efflux system is the primary cause of drug resistance and acquired multidrug resistance.Efflux pump MexAB-OprM is the most clinical significant drug efflux system because of its broad-spectrum efflux activity.This article will recapitulate the classifications of bacterium′s active efflux systems and the composition,constitution,important function and expression′s regulation of MexAB-OprM from PA.Eventually,and prospect its treatment research.
