Universities' Mission of Cultivating Innovative Talents for Building Innovation-Oriented Country

Abstract

On the basis of the analysis of significance,advantages and constraints of universities in cultivating innovative talents,this paper proposes measures and approaches for universities in cultivating innovative talents for building up the innovation-oriented country from the perspectives of the model of innovative talents cultivation,the reinforcement of innovativeness of teachers and the creation of cultural environment for campus life.
