Knowledge economy is humanistic economy, and the development of knowledge economy needs qualified people. Knowledge economy has a great impact on the development of people; therefore, to bring forth new ideas for the cultural environment would be an important foundation for the rapid development of the Chinese nation in the era of knowledge economy.
