Abstract
【Objective】To investigate the express of costimuLatory molecuLes CD80/CD28 in PHT.【Methods】The express of CD80,CD28 was detected from the peripheral blood lymphocytes of 30 30 portal hypertension patients by flow cytometry,and 30 healthy volunteers were also detected.【Results】Compared with contrl,the expression of CD80 and CD28 in the peripheral blood lymphocytes were decreased,meanwhile the CD4 + T cells,CD4 + /CD8 + and CD19 + B cells in PHT patients were declined.【Conclusion】The expression of CD80 and CD28 in the peripheral blood lymphocytes with PHT patiens were low,and their pathway was not active so that the immunological function of PHT patients are decreased.
