Abstract

Teachers' professional development is a process for the teachers to grow up,accept new knowledge,improve professional competence continuously.The relationship between school-based research and their professional development is complementary and inseparable.They are developed and improved in the teaching practice.The school-based research will help teachers' professional development from experienced teacher to expert for dominating their implicit knowledge.While,the backwash of teachers' professional development to the school-based research will encourage the improvement of teachers' awareness of educational and teaching research,and the enhancement of the feasibility of implication of school-based research.
