Abstract
The effect brought by the reform on the table-tennis competition rules is not only embodied in technique and tactics but also in athletes' psychological quality. After analyzing the athletes' psychological phenomenon when they are faced with the game using the modern rules, the article puts forward a principle for psychological training and the methods to face up the task and training.
