Abstract

Current mirror is a basic electric circuit application part in the field of current-mode circuit. It can be used as a bias unit or a signal to be dealt with.In recent years, many experts focus on the accuracy and low-voltage of current mirror. This paper introduces a circuit based on the feedback of OTA to implement this current mirror and uses MOSISTSMC 0.35μ process to simulate it with pspice. The results of the simulation illustrates that it matches the design very well.
