Abstract

Less fungicides could be used to control ginseng gray mold caused by Botrytis cinerea in ginseng product, toxicity of most fungicides to B.cinerea are not determined. Therefore, the toxicity of 22 fungicides to B.cinerea were tested by mycelium growth rate method.[Results] cyprodinil 50% WG,vinclozolin 50% WG,dimethachlon 50% WP,procymidone 50% WP and iprodione 50% WP had the stronger toxicity with EC50 values lower than 0.1 mg/L.Flusilazole 400 g/L EC and other five fungicides had stronger toxicities with the EC50 values of 0.1 to 1 mg/L.In the different proportions of 7 fungicides to B.cinerea, the proportion of vinclozolin 50% WG + triflumizole 30% WP 2:2 and bacillus 300 billion/g + cyprodinil 50% WG 3:1 had the strongest synergistic action, with CTC of 601.02 and 535.94,31 proportions had stronger synergistic effect in varying degrees.[Conclusions] Fungicides inhabiting the pathogen effectively were defined indoor,it laid the foundation for the further field trial.
