The Constitution in Force: its Amendments and Characteristics

Constitution is the general law of a state, and it is also the regulation to administer the state well and ensure national security,which plays an important role in maintaining the unification of the country and consolidation of the political power,ensuring the rights and freedom of the people,improving democratic politics,perfecting the legal system,and promoting economic development and social progress.This article attempts to discuss the past four amendments and some new characteristics of the constitution in force,which show that “constitution does be a paper written with people’s rights on it”.
