Abstract
Tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy(TDLAS) is make use of absorption spectroscopy of gas molecules,it is a new method of trace gas composition and the concentration of atmospheric pollution.Introduced the construct and principle of TDLAS system, analyzed the detection theory of second harmonic signal of gas, established of the model between second harmonic signal of concentrations to be tested and the second harmonic signals of standard gas concentration, the model's accuracy proved to be highly by experiment.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
