Abstract

Microbe can specially choose hydrogen on some special carbonic location of steroids and oxidize it to hydroxyl on original special conformation. In this reaction, hydroxylation enzyme of microbe complete the reaction of hydroxylation with oxygen in formation. In this text,we review principally on the microbial transformation of steroids C_(16)αhydroxylation.
