Biological effects of foliage spraying boron on Vicia Faba L.

Abstract

In different growth period, different concentraction boric acid solution should be sprayed on the surface of leaves of Vicia faba L.. The result shows that if 0.1%- 0.2% boric acid solution is sprayed on the surface of leaves in seedling, buding and flowering period, the production of Vicia faba L. will be promoted by the spraying. The reason is that the activity of SOD, CAT is promoted, the content of MDA and the speed of O2。—production is reduced in seedling, buding and flowering period.
