Monitoring and Controlling of Liquid Level and Temperature Based on PLC and Configuration Software

Abstract

The design scheme,hardware and software system of liquid level and temperature were designed based on programmable logic controller(PLC)and configuration software.The monitoring and controlling system developed on configuration software could real-time monitor and concentrate manage liquid level and temperature through the communication between industrial personal computer(IPC),PLC and touch screen.The experiments showed that the software functions include parameters inputting,real-time data recording displaying,dynamic historical data curve,database query and report forms printout.
