Abstract
Objective To observe the affection of using remifentail as preoperative analgesia in emergency cesarean section for maternal and neonatal. Methods 60 cases intended to be under emergency cesarean section which are full-term pregnant and suffering acute labor pain, were divided into group A and group B ,each of 30 cases.Group A were gave intravenous injection remifentanil 0.3μg/kg,then 0.04μg·kg-1·min-1 intravenous infusion.Add 0.15μg/kg if analgesia was insufficient, and then used combined spinal-epidural anesthesia routinely;Group B were accorded to conventional combined spinal-epidural anesthesia.Monitor the maternal pain, breathing and circulation changes, the situation of patient′s cooperation with anesthesia operation, and time-consuming of anesthesia operation, adverse reactions, neonatal Apgar scores and umbilical arterial blood gas analysis. Results Pain of group A significant relieied, patients with narcotic operations of group A were better than group B,anesthesia and operating time of group A[(4.5±1.2)min] less than that of group B[(6.2±1.6)min],the difference was statistically significant(P0.01);Compared with blood pressure, heart rate,SpO2,neonatal Apgar scores and umbilical arterial blood gas analysis, the difference were not statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Preoperative analgesia with remifentanil had good effects for the emergency cesarean section, and was conducive to anesthesia operation, but had no significant adverse effects to maternal and newborn.
