Abstract
The synthetic method of cyclohexanone ethlene glycoi ketal is investigated by activated carbon supported heteropolyacid. The influences of the kind of heteropolyacid, adsorbing quantity of heteropolyacid, ratio of reactants, quantity of catalyst, reaction time, kind and amount of carrier water are examined. Results show that the activated carbon supported phosphotungstic acid is a high active and stable catalyst. The yield of product reach 88.2% under the optimized conditions.
