Study on the strategies from Great sports Nation to powerful Sports Nation

Abstract

After 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and Paralympic Games,President Hu has put forward that taking the further strategy from the sports to sports Nation.Then,how to realize that transition to powerful sports Nation becomes our target in the next stage of the development of Physics in our country.This paper specifies the understanding of Great sports Nation and powerful sports Nation via documentation method,mathematical statistic method and Delphi technique.
