Abstract

This article presents technical processes of acquiring injectable lecithin( i.e. yolk phospholipids) with defatted egg yolk power by column chromatography. Detailed examination and analyses on the product reveal that all the tested items meet quality standards of Chinese Pharmacopeia. Comparisons with similar products imported from foreign countries are also performed.
