Abstract
Entry into WTO is a strategic move for China to melt into the mainstream of the world and participate in economic globalization. It will open up a new prospect for the internationalization of domestic enterprises. Therefore, it has become urgent for the Government to take full advantage of this opportunity and create favorable policy environment for the internationalization of domestic enterprises. This article points out some outdated policies which have hindered the implementation of the go outside strategy and comes up with several suggestions in two aspects.
