Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of corneal limbal autograft transplantation and MMC in the treatment of pterygium.Methods:48 eyes of 45 patients with pterygium were treated by corneal limbal autograft transplantation and MMC after pterygiums were cut.The follow-up time ranged from 12 months to 18 months.Results:One eye was recurred(2.08%).Conclusion:Corneal limbal autograft transplantation and MMC is an effective method for the treatment of pterygium.
