Abstract
Starting from small and medium-sized enterprises'(SMEs) requirements and features of credit capital,this thesis systematically analyzes the two reasons for SMEs' difficulty in getting credit loans and financing:SMEs' internal problems and commercial banks' dilemma.The author suggests that SMEs should further their internal reform and encourage commercial banks to carry out system and operation innovation in order to improve SMEs' environment of credit loans and financing.
