Application of XPath in XML Query

Abstract

XPath based on the character-string expressions can locate a position of XML data with high efficiency,offering elastic choices of documents’ components and discussing the query of XML data through XPath.The related techniques,principles and attributes of XPath are first introduced,and then the methods of XPath used in Java are discussed,and the applications of XPath in XML query by the implementations of XML query system.Finally,a conclusion is made.
