Abstract

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of enalapril combined with lercanidipine on early renal injury in patients with hypertension. Methods From March 2010 to May 2012, 57 patients with hypertensive renal injury were followed up, and the conditions and medications of these patients were retrospectively analysed.Chi-square analysis was used for comparison of therapeutic effects. Results Enalapril combined with lercanidipine led to a significantly higher effective rate than enalapril alone and lercanidipine alone (77.8% vs 54.5% and 52.9%, P0.05).Conclusion A combination of enalapril and lercanidipine has a better therapeutic effect than enalapril or lercanidipine alone in the treatment of early renal injury in patients with hypertension.
