Abstract

Foreign-funded retail business has made a rapid development in Yunnan province, which causes the double influence on Yunnan retail industry. On the one hand, it has strengthened the effective competitiveness of retail markets and on the other hand it has caused the monopoly of Yunnan retail markets by the foreign-funded business. Yunnan retail industry should change its ideas and increasingly build up its own strength, thus taking some market share.
