Abstract
Based on the analysis of present situation of urban rail transit safety system,the necessity to build an operation safety information system was discussed. Prior to the system building,it was necessary to establish an integrated control center. Then the component of operation safety information system and the structure of its sub-systems were described. As the key technique,the design of the inspection sub-system was preliminarily studied. The system could enhance the control of accidents on time,so it was beneficial in reducing somewhat the loss caused by accident and improving the management efficiency. It is an innovational exploration in raising the level of automation of the urban rail transit.
