Abstract
Objective:To study the method of intraoperative frozen section immunohistochemical and return promptly. Methods:The fresh tissue from 246 cases was determined by commom-immunohistochemical method and intraoperative immunohistochemical method on frozen section, and to compare the detectable rate. Results:The accuracy of malignant tumor by immunohistochemicd method on frozen section was 97.4%,benign tumor was 97.1%by intraoperative immunohistochemical method among the total of 246 case;and that were 97.4%,98.1%and 98.4%,respectively.There was no significantly difference in the two methods(P0.05).Conclusion:The result of intraoperative immunohistochemical method on frozen section is synchronization with intraoperative frozen section,it does not affect the detectable rate.
