Abstract
Both safety system and safety culture are part and parcel of the enterprises' safety management.The article started from the basic notion of the culture,connected with the enterprise examples,analyzed the company's culture deeply and pointed out that the safety culture is the motivity of safety management.At the same time,every employee's safety behavior is consistency with the enterprise's good safety culture,which is good to motivate the employees' motivation and promotes the enterprise even the country to develop harmoniously.
